How We Source Content
Matrix Global accepts content from a range of reputable sources, including internal editorial teams, verified contributors, and subject matter experts.
We also review submissions and story pitches that align with our editorial focus areas across our network of 30+ online publications.
All submissions are evaluated by our editorial team to ensure they meet our standards for accuracy, originality, and integrity.
Our Four-Stage Editorial Process
1. Submission & Review Guidelines
We welcome article submissions from approved contributors, professionals, and partners with relevant insights for our readers.
Submissions must adhere to formatting and style requirements outlined in our editorial guidelines.
If revisions are needed, our editors collaborate directly with contributors before moving forward.
2. Editorial Compliance Review
Every article undergoes a comprehensive two-tier review process:
- Compliance: Content must adhere to Matrix Global’s ethical and publishing standards. We do not accept or publish hate speech, defamatory material, adult content, misleading claims, or unverified information.
- Relevance: Articles should be informative, current, and valuable to the intended readership of the publication it appears on.
3. Preliminary Approval
Once an article meets editorial and compliance requirements, it moves to the preliminary approval stage.
At this point, the editor may request clarifications, additional sourcing, or formatting adjustments to ensure the piece aligns with the tone and accuracy standards of Matrix Global’s network.
4. Final Approval & Publication
After receiving final approval, content is scheduled for publication across the relevant brand within our network.
Timelines vary by publication, but most approved articles are published within 7–14 business days following editorial clearance.
