This page outlines the requirements and standards for guest posts published as branded content across our digital publication network. Please review these guidelines carefully before submitting requirements.

All placements are subject to editorial, compliance, and publisher review. Content that does not meet these standards may be revised, delayed, or declined at our discretion.

Content Creation Policy (Required)

  • All articles are written internally by our editorial team
  • Client-submitted copy is not accepted
  • Articles are published directly once completed
  • No draft review, copy approval, or revision requests are provided prior to publication

By submitting requirements, clients acknowledge and agree that content will be written, finalized, and published without client approval.

  • Approximately 800 words

Writing Style

  • Third person
  • Informational, brand-safe, non-promotional tone

Formatting

  • Clean paragraph structure
  • No advertorial language
  • No aggressive or excessive calls to action

 


Content Submission Process

Step 1: Client Submits Requirements

Clients must provide:

  • Target URL
  • Preferred anchor text or brand mention
  • Industry or niche

No additional materials, drafts, or instructions are required or accepted.

Step 2: Editorial Production & Publishing

  • Content is written internally
  • Images are selected internally
  • Editorial, compliance, and brand-safety checks are completed
  • Article is published directly once approved internally
  • Client approval is not part of the workflow

 


Image Policy & Requirements

Image Selection

  • Clients do not select images
  • All images are chosen internally by the publisher
  • Applies to all placements

Image Standards

  • High-resolution images only
  • Horizontal layout
  • Recommended dimensions: 1200 × 600 pixels
  • No empty, solid, or placeholder backgrounds
  • Maximum of three images per article

 


Hyperlink Policy

  • Maximum of four hyperlinks per article
  • Links must be contextually relevant
  • Anchor text is subject to editorial discretion
  • Link insertions into existing published articles are not permitted

 


Photo Credits & Licensing

All images include appropriate photo credits per publisher standards.

Credits may include:

  • Client name
  • Subject of the photo
  • PR firm name (if applicable)
  • Photographer or photography studio

When a photographer or studio is listed, licensing and copyright are verified internally.

Licensed stock images may be used at the publisher’s discretion.

 


Content & Industry Restrictions

We do not publish content about, promote, or link to websites, products, services, or entities associated with the following categories:

  • Gambling or betting
  • Adult or explicit content
  • Pharmaceutical or medical claims
  • Cryptocurrency, blockchain, NFTs, or financial schemes
  • Illegal, misleading, or deceptive products or services
  • Guaranteed income, investment, or return-based offers
  • Legal or immigration advice
  • Sexual wellness or sexual healing content
  • VPN-related services used to bypass platforms or restrictions
  • Publicly traded company promotion
  • War-related or conflict-sensitive commentary
  • Politically charged or advocacy content
  • Satirical, defamatory, or slanderous material
  • Listicles featuring multiple entities
  • Controlled substances, including CBD or THC
  • Individuals or entities involved in active or controversial legal matters

This restriction applies to article topics, brand mentions, anchor text, and outbound links. If a target URL, brand, or linked destination falls within any of the categories above, the placement will be declined.

All anchor text and brand mentions must remain natural, contextually appropriate, and compliant with publisher standards. Final placement decisions are always subject to editorial and publisher discretion.

 


Turnaround Time

Publication Timeline

Articles are typically published within 2–3 business days after submission, excluding weekends.

The turnaround clock begins once requirements are received and approved internally. Time spent awaiting clarification does not count toward turnaround time.

Turnaround may vary based on submission volume.

 


Post-Publication Policy

  • Minor typo or formatting corrections may be approved
  • Major edits, rewrites, link changes, or backdating are not permitted
  • No post-publication removals
  • No refunds once content is published

The editorial team reserves the right to decline any request that falls outside these policies.
